Atlanta Falcons WR Drake London Buys Cleats for His Alma Mater Moorpark HS

Moorpark’s high school football program is celebrating a gift from Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London. Over the weekend, the team’s X account posted a photo of its former star after he donated Nike cleats to the program.

London was a two-sport standout at Moorpark, a Los Angeles suburb. Over his final two seasons, he caught 113 passes for 2,023 yards with 23 touchdowns.

On the basketball court, he averaged a double-double during his junior and senior seasons. As a senior, he scores 29.2 points per game will grabbing 11.1 rebounds per contest.

The Falcons selected London in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In three seasons, London has caught 241 passes for 3,042 yards with 15 touchdowns.

Moorpark is coming off an 8-3 season. The Musketeers lost in the opening round of the CIF-Southern Section Division 5 playoffs.
