Bears Launch Community High School All-Star Award

The Chicago Bears are proud to partner with Athletico Physical Therapy to present the Chicago Bears Community High School All-Star Award. The award recognizes high school football players who make a positive impact in their community and school.

The Bears will honor nine high school football players from November through January. These student-athletes exemplify service, leadership, and character. The Chicago Bears Community High School All-Star take the lessons learned through playing the sport of football and use them to benefit their community.

Each winner will receiver a personalized, hand painted football, gift bag, and a special message from a Bears guest. The Bears will also make a $500 donation to the charitable organization of the player's choosing. 

Applications are open now; nominations must be entered by the first Tuesday of the month to be considered in that month. The first honoree will be announced on Nov. 12.
