Indianapolis Colts Host 2024 Indiana High School Football Championships at Lucas Oil Stadium

The 52nd Indiana high school football championships will be played Friday and Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts. The NFL team is also the presenting partner of the six-game championship slate.

Headlining the championships is the Class 6A title game between Westfield and Brownsburg. Both teams are ranked in the High School Football America 300 national rankings.

Westfield is ranked No. 79 in the country. Brownsburg, who last won a state title in 1985, is ranked No. 106. The Shamrocks last won a state championship in 2016.

Both teams bring 12-1 records into the game.

After a 1-2 start, Decatur Central (10-2) will play Warsaw (10-3) for the 5A title. Both teams are looking for their first-ever high school football championship.

In 4A, New Palestine (13-0) and its rock-solid defense play East Noble (13-1). The Dragons have only allowed nine points per game.

East Noble is looking for its first state title since 2000. New Palestine hasn't won a state championship since going back-to-back in 2018 and 2019.

In 3A, Bishop Luers (10-4) is the only 2023 champ to make it back to Lucas Oil Stadium. The Knights will play Heritage Hills (13-1), looking for the school’s 13th overall title. Heritage Hills hasn't won a title since 2000.

Adams Central (13-1) has moved up from 1A to 2A this year. This will be their fourth straight championship game after losing the last three to Indianapolis Lutheran. The Flying Jets will play Linton-Stockton in the first game on Friday. Then, the 1A title game features two undefeated teams. North Judson-San Pierre (14-0) and Providence (13-0) will snap long state championship droughts. NJ-SP will be making its first title game appearance since 1986. Providence is returning to the championship game for the first time since 1993.
