The 2024 Pro Bowl Games – Flag Football Rules
The reimagined NFL Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon are back! For the first time in three years, the NFL will return to Orlando to celebrate the league's best players as they compete in a multi-day AFC vs. NFC competition with skills showdowns and a highly anticipated flag football game.
The rules for the flag football game are outlined below:
· The game will include 29 all-star players per conference: 15 offensive and 14 defensive.
· There’s only one game: 7v7 on a 50-yard field.
· Gameplay will span four 12-minute quarters with a running clock, which stops at the two-minute warning at each half.
· Offenses start their drive on their own five-yard line. They have four downs to reach midfield for a first down, then four more downs to get to the end zone and score.
· Touchdowns are still worth six points but point after attempts differ from standard regulation. Teams can either try from the five-yard line which is worth one point or they can try from the ten-yard line, which is worth two points.
ESPN, ABC, ESPN Deportes, and ESPN+ will broadcast the culminating action-packed flag football game. Be there live as your favorite NFL Players show off their flag football talents at Camping World Stadium on February 4. Tickets are on sale now. Get yours at ProBowl.com/Tickets.
