Thompson Finishes No. 1 in Final HSFA Alabama Top 10
For the fifth time in the last six years, Thompson closes out the year as the No. 1 team in the High School Football America Alabama Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Warriors claim the top spot after beating No. 4 Central (Phenix City) for the Class 7A championship.
6A champ Parker, fresh off its first-ever high school football championship, finishes No. 2 in our rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
Following Parker is Auburn at No. 3. The Tigers' only loss was to Thompson in the state quarterfinals.
Class 7A runner-up Central (Phenix City) finishes at No. 4, followed by 6A runner-up Saraland at No. 5.
