Interview with Tennessee Titans High School Coach of the Year Charles Rathbone of Page High School

Page High School's Charles Rathbone is the 2025 Tennessee Titans High School Coach of the Year. Coach Rathbone led the Patriots to the Tennessee 5A high school football state championship, the first-ever for the school. The Pats are currently ranked No. 235 in the High School Football America 300, powered by NFL Play Football.

This year's state title came after four straight runner-up finishes for Page, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

Below, Coach Rathbone talks with High School Football America's Jeff Fisher about the award and how proud he was of this year's team overcoming the adversity of losing four straight state championship games.

Rathbone is now a finalist for the Don Shula NFL High School Coach of the Year Award that will be announced in January. The NFL will choose one winner each from the AFC and NFC.
