HSFA Utah Top 10 Preseason High School Football Rankings

Corner Canyon, which will be going for a three-peat in 2025, starts the season at No. 1 in the High School Football America Utah Top 10 preseason high school football rankings. The Chargers, who start the season ranked No. 14 in the HSFA national rankings, have ramped up their out-of-state schedule this year.

In addition to playing No. 2 Lone Peak, No. 3 Skyridge, and No. 4 Lehi in Class 6A Region 3, CC plays Arizona Open Division champ Liberty, ranked No. 25 in the nation, and No. 256 West Broward in Florida. Like Corner Canyon, Liberty has won back-to-back titles in Arizona’s largest classification.

Lone Peak will play five teams in the Top 10, plus a big road matchup against Nevada’s Bishop Gorman, No. 3 in the preseason national rankings.

Skyridge has three out-of-state opponents on its 2025 schedule, including Colorado-power Cherry Creek, the state’s reigning 5A champ. The Bruins, coached by former NFL wide receiver Dave Logan, are No. 82 in the Preseason HSFA 300. The Falcons will also play Liberty (Nevada) and Highland (Idaho).

Below is the complete Top 10, created with HSFA’s proprietary algorithm.
