Jacksonville Jaguars 2024 ALL PREP Top 25
The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced their 2024 ALL PREP Top 25. The student-athletes on the team hail from Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia and they were honored during an event at EverBank Stadium, just before the Christmas holiday.
In addition to saluting the twenty-five players, the Jags also named a Player of the Year and Coach of the Year. The awards were presented in partnership with Whataburger.
Raines junior quarterback Timothy “TJ” Cole, Junior is the POY. He led Raines to the 3A state championship game where the Vikings lost to Miami Northwestern. For the season, he threw for 2,857 yards passing with 43 touchdowns. He also ran for 1,007 yards and nine touchdowns.
The Vikings finished No. 113 finish in the High School Football America 300 national rankings.
First Coast’s Marty Lee is the Jaguars Coach of the Year. This past season was Lee’s last after 27 years as the Buccaneers head coach. The honor makes Lee the team’s nominee for the Don Shula NFL High School Coach of the Year Award.
Simon Caldwell from the Bolles School is the team’s nominee for Nike’s The Next Ones, an elite athlete invitational bringing together the top national high school football players during Super Bowl week.
Caldwell, a Class of 2026 linebacker, will be in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans where he and the other nominees will get the opportunity to receive guidance from elite mentors and the chance to showcase their talents in a one-day football combine.
The 4-star college football prospect in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Caldwell was third on the team in tackles. He had 80 tackles, twelve of them for loss. He also had three sacks, three pass breakups, one fumble recovery and two blocked field goals for the Bulldogs, who finished No. 191 in our national rankings.

Timothy Cole II, QB – Raines
Locklan Hewlett, QB – St. Augustine
Led Yellow Jackets to the state semifinals for the second consecutive year, the senior quarterback and USF signee threw for 2,910 yards and 31 touchdowns for the 2024 season.
St. Augustine finished No. 130 in the HSFA 300.
Sean Ashenfelder, QB – Creekside
Consider one of the top quarterbacks in St. Johns County the last few seasons, the senior quarterback and Rutgers signee led the Knights to their first-ever district championship in program history during the 2024 season.
Cibastian Broughton, QB – Fleming Island
Leading the Golden Eagles to a district championship this season, the senior quarterback and Akron signee was a dual-threat playmaker, throwing 1,949 yards and 21 touchdowns while rushing for 943 yards and 13 touchdowns.
