The NFL, in a partnership with the Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Football Team, along with NFL Legend Joe Ehrmann and Change the Arc, invite you to take part in a four-part InSideOut Coaching High School Football virtual training opportunity. This training series is open to high school football coaches in the District of Columbia, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Coaching Healthy Masculinity provides coaches with an in-depth journey towards understanding the male socialization process they and their players have experienced, identify their own masculine biases, what healthy masculinity embodies, and how to intentionally coach boys into healthy men.
