Diana Flores, star quarterback of Mexico's gold medal-winning Women's Flag Football National Team, talks about her journey from playing flag football as a child to leading her team to gold at the 2022 World Games. Flores talks about her role models and how she hopes to be an inspiration for the next generation of girls playing flag football. 

Rap legend Snoop Dogg has been giving back to inner city Los Angeles through football for well over a decade. Snoop's love of the game led him to create the Snoop Youth Football League in 2005, a league that fosters successful young players on and off the field. Within the league, the Special Stars program is changing the lives of kids with special needs, opening eyes and erasing stigmas in the process.

The entire NFL—including all 32 clubs—is united in supporting the growth and development of flag football as a global game. The league will continue to create opportunities and inspire more athletes to play flag, especially women and girls, which is where we are seeing the fastest growth.

Flag football has been added to The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, Alabama — the first edition of The World Games to be held in America since 1981. In partnership with the International World Games Association, NFL and International Federation of American Football, The World Games announced that the sport will join the existing lineup of 32 multi-disciplinary sports.

The NFL FLAG Championships, the world's premiere youth football flag tournament, will be hosted July 19-21 at the Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Ohio. 

David Garrard played nine years with the Jacksonville Jaguars, making the Pro Bowl in 2009. Before that, he played high school football at Southern Durham High School in North Carolina, where he threw for over 9,000 yards. Garrard spoke with High School Football America's Jeff Fisher about why he likes giving back to the game and his love of high school football.

Over 200 NFL FLAG league organizers came together in July 2021 in Las Vegas for the NFL FLAG Summit. The summit celebrated 25 years of FLAG with the leagues who have been with NFL from the beginning and newly established leagues that are constantly evolving with the sport. Participants were also able to learn from professionals and each other on how to grow NFL FLAG.
