InSideOut Coaching High School Football - Training #1

The NFL, in a partnership with the Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Football Team, along with NFL Legend Joe Ehrmann and Change the Arc, invite you to take part in a four-part InSideOut Coaching High School Football virtual training opportunity. This training series is open to high school football coaches in the District of Columbia, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Training #1 - October 28, 7 p.m. ET

This session will help coaches develop their transformational purpose statement and work to answer four critical questions:

• Why do you coach?

• Why do you coach the way that you do?

• What does it feel like to be coached by you?

• How do you define success?
